Emergencies 

Outside normal surgery hours you will hear an answering machine that will help you contact the Out of Hours Service. 
You may be asked to attend the Out of Hours Emergency Treatment Centre, where the Doctor may be from a neighbouring practice.


Home Visits
Home visits are only made if the Doctor feels it is appropriate.  Please telephone Newark 704225 option 2 before 10am if you wish to request a home visit. We cannot guarantee that any particular Doctor will visit you, as visits are often shared out on a geographical basis.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone Newark 704226 and choose option 1.
